We can’t wait to celebrate with you! For our guests who are traveling from out of town, Oakland International Airport (OAK) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) are the closest airports and both are a ~1 hour drive to downtown Petaluma. We highly recommend renting a car for the weekend.
As a heads up, ours is a very popular weekend for weddings in the Sonoma Wine Country region, and we anticipate that hotels will book up quickly. We highly encourage you to secure your weekend lodging as soon as possible – please note that we do not have a hotel room block, but there are a number of local hotels (see below for some options at a variety of price points) as well as accommodations via AirBnB and VRBO.

Please note that we have a new venue for our welcome drinks! We’re kicking off the weekend with a completely optional welcome gathering at Montagne Russe, a local Petaluma winery and vinyl record shop. Swing by anytime between 6-9PM to mingle before the big day and have a glass of wine on us! We will be serving light bites, so please plan to swing by before or after your dinner :) Our welcome event will be dressy casual — feel free to wear a sundress or golf-style/collared shirt if you’d like!
Wedding Day Dress Code
For our wedding day, we're envisioning a colorful garden party and request that guests wear cocktail attire. When we say cocktail attire, we mean tea-length or midi dresses and suits + ties. The ceremony and reception locations are paved, but we would advise against wearing stilettos. Sunglasses encouraged – it's the longest day of the year, after all.
Wedding Day Parking & Transportation
There is ample parking at the venue, and there will be signage as well as parking attendants to direct guests to the lot. The parking lot is a short walk to the ceremony space, and we will also have a golf cart to shuttle any individuals who may need additional assistance getting around the venue.
For those planning to Uber/Lyft home at the end of the night, we highly recommend scheduling a rideshare in advance for 10:00 PM pick-up from the venue. Cell service is spotty, and wait times can be unpredictable at 10:00 PM unless confirmed in advance. If you choose to leave your car at the venue, we kindly ask that you pick it up by 10AM at the latest on Sunday, June 21st.
